Conference Overview

This two-day conference brings leading researchers and industry experts together to share knowledge and experience on utility infrastructure asset management in today's rapidly changing environment. Expert presenters and panelists will share the most critical current information and best practices utility asset managers need to be successful in their jobs.

 All attendees are invited to attend the OSU Utility Pole Research Cooperative meeting the afternoon of day two to learn more about current and planned research projects and how utilities can play a role in influencing future research initiatives.

Registration fee includes two days of programming plus breakfast and lunch each day, along with a hosted networking reception on the first day. Sign up now for special pricing!

Early Bird registration:  $260

Early Bird registration is available for a limited time. The standard registration fee is $360.

No registrations or cancellations can be accepted after November 1, 2024.

Lodging and Transportation

The Evergreen is an independent event space located at 618 SE Alder Street in the heart of Portland's vibrant Central Eastside. Dozens of hotels are within walking distance or a short Uber/Lyft ride away.

While there is no designated parking at The Evergreen, the Central Eastside is served by multiple public transit options and street parking as well as paid lots are available nearby.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Limited opportunities are available for those who wish to support the conference as a sponsor. Fees include conference registration for one individual. All sponsors receive on-screen and at-podium recognition.

Tabletop Sponsor (Limit 12) -- $360

Includes a draped six-foot table set along the perimeter of the room to be used for a tabletop display, product literature, samples, etc. To purchase this sponsorship, please use the registration link below.

Reception Sponsor (Limit 5) -- Min. $500

Shared  sponsorship of the Day One evening reception. Sponsors recognized with signage at the bar and on tables. Reception sponsors may, at their option, provide a branded gift item for each conference attendee. Up to but not more than five companies may purchase reception sponsorships. Minimum contribution is $500.
